Recycle, Reuse, Repurpose

About this time last year I ordered some festive postcards of my work.

But I managed to get the text upside down on the reverse (idiot).

I didn't want to waste these nicely printed cards, and then I had an idea.

They make very lovely gift tags.  Which I shall be attaching to all my gifts.

*cough* and selling on Folksy and Etsy in packs of 5 for £3.50 (free UK postage) *cough*

Winter Girl #2

I made a new version of my Winter Girl panel.

Swap #2

Technically, this was actually Swap #1 as it happened back in the summer

but for various reasons I haven't been able to post it until now.

This pair of Flying Birds was commissioned by one of my favourite makers, 

Bird-Stitcher-Extraordinaire ~ Sami Teasdale.

They are a wedding gift to her very dear friends who tied the knot last year

and the 3 colours echo the colour scheme of their wedding.

In return, she has made me something very wonderful,

which I'll do another post about, as soon as I can.
